    Nottingham Women's Centre

    Nottingham Women's Centre began in 1971 and is run by women, for women. It is a city-wide community centre in the heart of Nottingham, offering a safe environment for women to:


    • get involved in a wide range of training
    • gain careers and training information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)
    • gain extra skills by doing voluntary work
    • meet new people
    • receive counselling
    • access in-house creche and holiday play schemes
    • gain access to crisis support, advice and information services

    Much more than just a landlord, we have over 40 years’ experience in providing flexible and practical help for people of all ages and from all backgrounds. Our work includes managing and maintaining affordable homes; recycling unwanted furniture and household items together with kidstuff; providing accommodation for young mothers and babies; and supporting people with mental health issues.
